For the girls who missed Fargo RTC practice today we covered Belly Whizzer Tips and a Funky Hi-C Roll. While it was important to learn the techniques on the counters, Ernie and I went over these positions so our team is prepared when we are in on the legs. Both Counters expose poor positioning when in on a single leg (head down and hips up) or high crotch (staying in front and not getting weight to the far leg).
